Truck driver job pay is fantastic. For 3 months to 1 year experience start at .34cpm with a raise every 2 months until you reach 37 cpm in just 6 months. 1 year to 3 years start at 35 cpm and have raises that will put you at 37 cpm in just 4 months, and all over three years starts at .36cpm then in just 2 months be at 37 cpm with an annual pay raise to top pay of .43cpm.
65% to 70% is drop and hook with 98% no touch (lumpers paid on rest). Your paid on the honor system (We do not wait for your paperwork to pay you. Your paid by direct deposit every week based on what you have shown on the computer, and we do not withhold your first weeks check). You have paid orientation ($150 for 3 days), including travel to and from, hotel (if required) and 2 meals a day for three days as required. You will work 14 days out with 2 days off with an permanently assigned vehicle that can be taken home during your time off (must live within 100 miles of one of our locations). Toll cards are provided, along with a rider program from first day.
Owner operator pay is .85cpm for all miles plus up to a 42% discount off of the pump price for your fuel anywhere in our nationwide network. 65% to 70% is drop and hook with 98% no touch freight. You’re paid on the honor system (We do not wait for your paperwork to pay you. Your paid by direct deposit every week based on what you have shown on the computer, and we do not withhold your first weeks check).
We pay base plates, permits, all tolls (cards/passes furnished up front), reduced insurance, tires, parts and labor, and huge fuel discounts all over the country. No forced dispatch, we do not turn your truck back and do not nickel and dime you to death with admin fees, office fees, trailer charges, trippac fees, etc. You have paid orientation ($75/day for 4 days), including mileage pay to orientation, hotel (if required) and 2 meals a day for four days as required. You will work 14 days and take as much home time as you want. Toll cards are provided, along with a rider program from first day. Owner operator health, dental, vision and disability programs are now available.
All openings must have a class A CDL with HAZMAT endorsement and a good driving record, no felonies, no DUI/DWI in last 5 years, no drug or violence related convictions ever.
